Golmaal Again box office collection Day 11: 'Golmaal Again' is a horror comedy. It released during the time of Diwali, and fortunately, the extended weekend worked well for the film. After a successful run so far, it now looks to stay strong till Halloween.

Ajay Devgn and Arshad Warsi had jokingly during an interview called the ‘Golmaal’ their pension plan. If the actors had been secretly serious about it, then we must say, it was not a bad idea going by the humongous profits their latest ‘Golmaal Again’ is making at the box office. Even though the fourth franchise released after a long gap, the wave has been unstoppable.
‘Golmaal Again’ released alongside Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim starrer, ‘Secret Superstar’. Aamir has an extended cameo in the film and we know how the superstar’s films are known for making Rs 100 crore within a few days of their release. Although his latest one has been successful within its own budget, Ajay Devgn’s ‘Golmaal Again’ stood as a huge competition for them and a clear winner.

Its popularity is likely to remain until this week before ‘Ittefaq’, ‘Ribbon’ and the Hollywood release ‘Thor Ragnarok’ hits the theatres.
The Indian Express film critics Shubhra Gupta wrote, “Parineeti Chopra is one of the new entrants, coming on as a young woman with a severely limited wardrobe (a pale pink T, and a jumpsuit), and a dark secret we rumble early on. The other add-on is the terrific Tabu. She plays an amiable ghost-buster, and matches the tone of the film perfectly: all pretend scary and very silly. She is an unexpected pleasure and lifts the film. This a series which looks like it’s never going to end, and Shetty has the formula pat after all these iterations. I do hope Tabu becomes a fixture in the future Golmaals: we all need our fun and games.”
